Privacy, security, discretion.

Our top priority is to ensure that your privacy, security, and discretion are never compromised. Our meticulous protocols are critical in delivering the service we provide, each engagement handled to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

01 — Information we hold

We hold only the information required to carry out the work you have asked us to carry out: names, contact details, addresses, travel and household preferences, and the operational notes necessary to a given assignment. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. We do not maintain marketing lists.

02 — Who has access

A single associate holds each assignment. Access is restricted to that associate, the principals of the firm, and — only where an engagement requires it — a named vendor under written confidentiality. We do not discuss clients or their arrangements outside the firm, at any time, under any circumstance.

03 — How it is stored

Client information is stored on encrypted systems, access-controlled, and reviewed on a rolling basis. Sensitive details are not put in writing when a conversation will do. Records are retained only for as long as the engagement and applicable law require, and are then destroyed.

04 — Enquiries and forms

Information submitted through the contact page is used solely to respond to your enquiry. If we do not go forward together, the enquiry is deleted. One of our associates will follow up within 72 hours.

05 — Your rights

You may at any time ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Submit a request through the introduction form.

06 — Changes

This page will be updated if our practices change materially. The most recent version supersedes prior versions.
